I know this may not be a common occurrence for many in the Web Development world right now, mainly because the world is moving away from flash. With mobile browsers in major devices like Apple’s iPad, and the metro version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer not supporting flash, the world is moving towards keeping the nice flashy effects of front page slideshows based on JavaScript. jQuery and  Mootools go a long way in making this all possible.
